Returns

In the rare case of a defective item or one that was damaged in transit, it can be returned for repair/replacement for a period of up to 1 year from date of purchase. To initiate a RMA, please email backbitio@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem. Returns will not be allowed without express approval of BackBit. It is solely up to BackBit to identify the condition of a returned product. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. In most cases BackBit will cover shipping a repaired item back to the customer. If the customer is unable to enjoy usage of the product, returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds of pre-orders, backorders and unshipped products may be subject to a processing fee.

Taxes & Duties

Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to California, USA. For domestic orders outside of California it is the customer’s responsibility to declare Use Tax. International orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid with customs declared at purchase price (no exceptions allowed). Local taxes such as EU VAT tax are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. International packages are declared as merchandise at purchase value (no exceptions to this policy).
