Due to circumstances beyond our control, shipment outside of the USA can experience unexpected delays.

All cartridges, testers and accessories are built upon receipt of payment, and are shipped from the USA after processing is complete. You will get a tracking # by email when your order ships. Import taxes are your responsibility, but our customers have reported that they usually do not have to pay excessive customs fees.

To get status updates on the website, make sure you provide a valid email and create a store account (check box on the order page). If you do not have an account you will still get an email when your order ships.

The BackBit store makes every effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Processing time can vary from a week to a month, depending on what you order, or longer in the case of backorders. There can be delays caused by parts shortages or transportation. For timely service, please order at your earliest opportunity, as items are fulfilled in the order received. Feel free to send an email for an estimate on your ship date. If you order multiple items, they will ship when all items are available. Priority shipping refers to the shipment method and does not change processing time.

Store policies: Customer satisfaction is BackBit's #1 priority. If you have any issues with your device, please visit the BackBit Forum. In the rare case of a defective item or one that was damaged in transit, it can be returned for repair/replacement. It is solely up to BackBit to identify the condition of a returned product. Return shipping and reshipment is the customer's responsibility. If the customer is unable to enjoy usage of the product, returns will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Pre-orders and backorders are subject to a restocking fee to cover processing fees.
