BackBit products are built individually for you.

Each item is assembled by hand in the USA with parts sourced globally. It is normal for new orders of the BackBit Pro Cartridge and Chip Tester Pro to take a few weeks or more to ship due to the build queue. If you need an estimate as to when an item will ship, feel free to drop us a line at backbitio@gmail.com. All items are tested before shipment, but if you have any issues, support is available on the BackBit Forum (sign up for a free account).
